Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Lindsay!

I’ve spent years creating content myself and being part of the online creator space, while also working closely with business owners in my day to day work for nearly a decade. Seeing both sides gave me a pretty clear perspective on what wasn’t working.

What stood out to me most was how often things felt harder than they needed to be. Creators were navigating vague expectations and inconsistent opportunities, and brands were putting time and budget into a process that felt messy and unpredictable.

I didn’t see a lack of talent or effort, I saw confusion and a lack of structure.

UGC Ready came from wanting to fix that gap and create a more straightforward way for creators and brands to work together. Something that respected people’s time, set expectations properly, and made the whole experience feel easier to trust.
